Know All About the Terrific Second Wave of COVID in India



The Corona virus infectious disease had been reported in 2019 in China. India came to be afflicted by Virus by 2020.Since then certain measures were taken by the government along with the concerned health department to control the situation. The far-flung spread of virus was dwindled to an extent.

The stringent government rules, the altruistic health workers, assiduous officers and all the responsible citizens have fought bravely to disinfect the deadly virus. The spread had slowed down and we started to feel alleviation.

Everyone started to feel a credence that the virus is not for them. Students enjoyed the campus that they missed for months. They hung out with friends like there is no tomorrow. They enjoyed parties and they consign to oblivion about any measures.

People congregate and enjoyed social life. Parties and functions have once again become prevalent. Restaurants have been filled with people enjoying delectable cuisine. People were everywhere on streets.

Politics And Pandemic

Then came the election of the largest democratic country. Politicians assembled everywhere. They were visiting knock and corner of the country. They were travelling with a mob to show their power. No politicians where following COVID protocol. No health worker dared to question them.

Cricket matches with half population allowed which contributed to a sudden spread as many audiences were seen disobeying COVID protocols and enjoying the match as nothing happened. Indians believed that it is the endgame of virus

The second wave of corona virus had hit India like anything. Now India has become the hotspot of corona virus. The  number of deaths across India is threatening. The World Health Organization  (WHO) said the situation in India  was a “devastating reminder”.

India In Threat

India smashed the world record by reporting more than 3 lakhs of cases each day. The public health system of the country were lacking in facilities to cope up with the skyrocketed cases. Hospitals beds shared by number of people even then it is not enough. 

It was because Importance were given to other factors and our country was not prepared for the health of people. The economy is leading towards another great destruction.

Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andra Pradesh and Maharashtra are the worst hit states in India The cases are on a sudden increase in these states and people are in a deadly fight .

It is of prime important for India to be alert at this crucial point of time. Scientific, administrative and behavioural change are key to calm the situation. Human behaviour had played a vital role in this sudden upsurge, actions need to be taken despite of power or influence. 

Oxygen Crisis

Life of millions cannot be sacrificed for the interest of a few. Guidelines should be prepared by the ministry and implemented without fail.Access to oxygen has become the luxury of people in our country. 

Oxygen crises is mainly because the oxygen was not reaching on time to hospital beds due to inadequate supply chain management. The network needs to be improved in order to cope up with the situation

There will be an economic depression in our country if they is a shutdown .But the situation is worst and India can overcome the economic crisis if it has a healthy population in future .Smart and fast action based on scientific knowledge and data can help the situation.
