Pranav Chadha Interview
Q. For someone discovering you today, how would you introduce Pranav beyond the label of digital creator ?
I’d describe myself as a chill, easy-going guy who loves exploring new places, going on adventures, trying new things, and enjoying good food. I’m someone who cares about staying healthy and keeping myself fit.”
Q. Your content blends travel, friendships, and everyday moments. What kind of stories do you try to tell that people don’t realize they need?
I’m passionate about fitness, surfing, and cooking, and I enjoy sharing these experiences with my community. Through my content, which blends travel, friendships, and everyday moments, I’ve built a community of over 25k followers on Instagram who connect with the stories I tell.
Q. Many young creators chase trends; your videos feel rooted in personal experience. Was this authenticity intentional from day one, or did you arrive at it over time?
From the start, I’ve focused on creating what I love—travel, surfing, cooking, and everyday adventures—rather than chasing trends. Over time, I realized this authenticity really connects with people.
Q. You’ve built a community of over 24K people. What mindset do you carry while creating content so engagement doesn’t replace purpose?
My mindset is to stay true to myself and my experiences, so the purpose of storytelling always comes first, and the community connection naturally follows.
Q. Your posts often include moments with friends, nature, pets, and campus life. How do you decide what aspects of your real life should remain private versus what you’re okay sharing?
I try to share moments that feel relatable and meaningful—like adventures with friends, time in nature, or fun experiences on campus—while keeping personal or sensitive parts of my life private. It’s about finding a balance: giving my audience a glimpse into my world without oversharing or compromising boundaries
Q. Social media comes with pressure metrics, expectations, comparisons. What one principle helps you stay grounded when numbers fluctuate?
I remind myself that fluctuations in numbers are also part of content creation. This helps me stay grounded and measure success by authenticity, not likes or views.”
Q. You seem comfortable in front of the camera. What was your earliest “click” moment where you thought this is who I am, this is what I can build?
It felt effortless, fun, and very ‘me.’ The response was genuine, and that’s when I realized, this is who I am, and this is something I can really build.
Q. What is an underrated skill no one talks about that every digital creator must master to survive in the long run?
I think confidence and consistency are the most underrated skills for a creator. Believing in your voice and showing up regularly is what helps you grow and survive in the long run.
Q. As a young creator, you represent a generation where careers don’t follow a single path. How do you navigate the balance between personal ambition, family expectations, and the uncertainty of the creator economy?
I focus on doing what I love—creating content around travel, surfing, cooking, and everyday moments—while staying mindful of my family’s expectations. I accept that the creator path has uncertainty, but passion and consistency guide me through it.
Q. You’ve documented travel and outdoor experiences. What does being in nature teach you that urban life never can?
Being in nature teaches you to stay humble, giving you perspective and patience that urban life rarely offers. It’s a reminder of how small we are and how beautiful simplicity can be.
Q. If tomorrow Instagram disappeared, what part of your identity would remain the strongest?
Even if Instagram disappeared tomorrow, the strongest part of my identity would remain—my love for exploring, creating, staying active, and connecting with people in real life. The platform might go, but the person behind the content stays the same.
Q. You often capture your friendships and joy. What's a moment with your circle that changed your perspective on life or content?
There was a trip with my friends where we unplugged completely—no phones, no social media—just exploring, surfing, cooking together, and enjoying the moment. Experiencing that made me realize that the best content comes from real, unfiltered joy, not just trying to create for the camera.
Q. If you could take one fictional character on a backpacking trip anime, movie, book who would you choose and why?
Luffy (One Piece) / Goku ( dragon ball) – they are fearless, adventurous, and always looking for the next big journey. Traveling with them would make every moment exciting and full of energy.”
