Q. For someone discovering you for the first time, what part of Hitesh Bhayal doesn’t make it to Instagram at all?

The confusion and self-doubt.

Instagram shows moments of control and clarity, but it doesn’t show the internal chaos, the overthinking, the quiet days where I’m unsure of my direction. A lot of my work comes from that space, but I don’t document it.

Q. You often present strength emotionally and physically. What’s one vulnerability you’ve had to learn to sit with off-camera?

The discomfort of not being consistent.

I’ve had to accept that strength isn’t about always showing up perfectly. It’s about noticing when I drift, without hiding from it or turning it into motivational content.

Q. You’ve built a strong connection with your audience without over-explaining yourself. What do you think today’s audience is truly craving from creators — content or connection?

Connection.

People are tired of being taught, fixed, or constantly inspired. They want to feel understood without being talked at. Quiet honesty connects more deeply than loud clarity right now.

Q. Your content often plays with emotions, silence, and subtle expressions rather than loud trends. Was that a conscious creative choice or something that evolved naturally?

It evolved naturally.

The more I tried to fit trends, the more disconnected I felt. Silence and subtlety felt closer to how I actually experience life, so I leaned into that instead of performing.

Q. If your followers could only remember one reel of yours ten years from now, what emotion would you want it to leave them with?

Kindness.

A quiet reminder to be gentle with others and with themselves. If my content can make someone pause, soften, or choose understanding over judgment, even briefly, that would matter more to me than being remembered for trends or reach.
