Q. How did you go from Gadarwara to TCS in the US, and realise blogging was more than a hobby?

Moving from a small town like Gadarwara to a massive company like TCS in the USA was a dream come true for many. But for me, the real journey started when I looked beyond the corporate cubicle.

While living in the US, I discovered the world of blogging. As a visionary, I didn't just see it as a way to post content; I saw the future of the global economy. I realised that internet penetration in India was about to explode. I could clearly see a "Digital India" on the horizon, a booming era that would change how every single person lives and works.

That was the turning point. I knew blogging wasn't just a side hobby; it was a powerful tool to lead this digital revolution. I decided to leave the security of my US job and start over because I believed in the power of the internet. Today, that vision is a reality, and I am proud to be part of the digital era that is transforming lives across the country.

Q. Leaving a secure corporate job is tough. What worried you most, and how did you trust yourself?

Leaving a stable paycheck at a giant like TCS is terrifying. The biggest fear wasn't just losing the money; it was the fear of "What if I fail?" and the judgment of society. When you come from a small town, people see a US job as the ultimate peak. Walking away feels like you’re throwing away a golden ticket.

I focused on the "why." I could see the digital wave coming to India. I knew that if I didn't take the risk, I would spend the rest of my life wondering "what if."

I told myself, "Regret is heavier than failure." I didn't want to look back years later and wonder what would have happened if I had just been brave enough to try. To anyone feeling stuck: Trust your vision. The safety of a shore is comfortable, but you can’t discover new oceans unless you dare to lose sight of it.

Q. Why did you choose Hindi blogging, and when did it pay off?

Choosing Hindi blogging when everyone else was chasing English was a strategic move, not an accident. Coming from MP, I understood the heart of India. I knew my target audience was in states like MP, UP, and Bihar.

While others were competing for a global audience, I looked at the data and my own roots. I knew that internet penetration would eventually reach every village and small town in these states. I realised that when people there got their first smartphone, they would look for information in their own language, i.e., Hindi.

I took that call because I wanted to build something with longevity. I knew my sites would "survive" and thrive longer because the competition was low, but the demand was about to explode.

The moment I saw thousands of people from small towns finally accessing my content and finding value in it, I knew this decision had changed everything. It wasn't just about traffic; it was about connecting with the real India.

Q. How do you manage multiple blogs and platforms without burning out?

Managing multiple blogs is tough, but I stay consistent by focusing on systems, not just hard work. I don’t try to do everything alone. Building a team and automating tasks helps me grow without burning out.

To stay grounded, I never forget my roots in Gadarwara. Even today, I follow a simple routine: I start my day with a clear plan and make sure to take breaks away from screens. My biggest habit is listening to my audience. When I see my work helping someone in a small town, it gives me fresh energy. For me, it’s not about being busy; it’s about staying connected to my purpose.

Q. The internet keeps changing. What really matters for long-term online success?

The internet changes every day, but one thing stays constant: The more you learn, the more you grow. When I started blogging, that was the king. But when YouTube arrived, I didn't ignore it; I studied its algorithms and adapted. Today, I have over 3 million subscribers across my channels. When Instagram became the new hype, I didn't stay stuck in my old ways. I learned how short-form content works, and now I have millions of followers there, too.

Now that AI is changing the world, I am doing the same thing. I’ve jumped in to learn AI tools and automation, even launching a course to help others. The secret to staying on top isn't just one platform; it’s the mindset of a student. If you stop learning, you stop growing. To stay relevant in this market, you must constantly update yourself. Don’t fear change, master it.
