1. How did your journey in tech lead you to becoming the CEO of Seasia Infotech?


I stepped into the tech world out of pure curiosity — I’ve always been fascinated by how technology works and how it makes life simpler. Over the years, I’ve moved through various roles, from development to management, which helped me understand how people, ideas, and technology come together to create real impact.
Becoming the CEO of Seasia Infotech felt like a natural progression. It gave me the chance to bring all those experiences together and lead a company that uses technology to make a meaningful difference.

2. How does Seasia stay ahead in such a rapidly evolving digital world?


We stay ahead by staying curious and adaptable. The tech landscape changes constantly, and we make it a point to keep learning.

3. What’s the biggest misconception you see around digital transformation?

I value honesty, accountability, and adaptability. Skills can be taught, but character defines a leader. I look for people who can make tough decisions, take ownership, and uplift others along the way.
A great leader builds trust and inspires confidence. In today’s fast-changing world, it’s the right attitude — not just experience — that keeps a team strong.

8. How do you personally stay inspired amid constant industry change?


I stay inspired by learning something new every day. The tech world evolves fast, and that constant movement keeps me curious. I learn from my team, our clients, and even the challenges we face.
I also make it a point to pause, reflect, and recharge. That balance helps me stay clear-headed and focused on what matters most — creating value and empowering people.

9. And finally, if technology could fix one human problem instantly — which would you choose?


I would choose inequality. Technology has the power to give everyone equal access to education, opportunities, and growth.
If applied wisely, it can help bridge the gap between people and possibilities. A more connected and equitable world would unlock tremendous human potential — and that’s the kind of future worth striving for.
